Our warehouse is open to the public only during events. In the meantime, the website remains open 24/7.

Can I return or exchange a product ?

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, even if the color, size, or product does not meet your expectations. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

What are your delivery policies?

  • Environment: To minimize waste while still offering competitive prices, we make every effort to reuse boxes for delivery. Your order may therefore arrive in a box bearing another company's logo, but as Mom used to say: it's what's inside that counts.
  • Free delivery We offer free shipping on all orders of $200 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
  • Processing time A tracking number will be provided to you within 36 hours of purchase.
  • Delivery costs Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery address. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays.

Does the manufacturer's warranty apply to products sold at Marché Alpin?

If the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, we want to resolve it quickly. Please email us atinfo@marchealpin.caPlease include a description of the problem and photos of the product in question. Our team will be happy to assist you and find a suitable solution.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

We offer the service of in-store pickup!

Pick-up times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 10am to 4:30pm.
